Dear AMCS members & residents of Anarchist and Sidley Mountains,
Effective Sept 1 2019, as per our lease agreement for the Summit Center with OMEI, we will no longer be renting out the Summit Center for any events other than those sponsored by the AMCS. We will however, still rent our tables and chairs to residents as follows: AMCS members – no charge (donation appreciated); non-members $5/ day for tables; $1/day per chair.
We also have two large “party tents” that are available for rent. These are high quality units, which you have probably seen at our BBQ / Silent auction and other events in the past. These tents will only be available to residents of the Anarchist Mountain, and the charges will be $100.00 per day or $400.00 weekly for one tent and $200.00 per day or $700.00 per week for both tents. These rates are still considerably less than the rental costs at commercial rental businesses. A damage deposit of $400 for each tent will also be required to use these units.
