Just a reminder that the fire department is using these receipts to cover the costs of snacks during practices and ‘events’, occasionally we have also used them for some stationary. In using the receipts we do not need to use valuable budget funds.
For every $5000.00 in receipts, the AMFD receives $20.00 in Gift Certificate coupons that can be used at the applicable store.
As the stores do not allow boxes to collect receipts on their site, we ask the community to collect receipts and deposit them with any of our fire department members – in-fact, the Fire Smart venue would be a good time to bring them as there will be some members of the AMFD there.
