Here are a few pictures of our float down the Kettle River with Candy Anders, Eileen Langlois, Terri and Nick (friends of Candy’s from town) and Teresa Marty (your humble photographer). It was a spectacular day. The float was about 2 hours from the Provincial campgrounds to the Rock Creek Hotel. Very gentle and quiet with beautiful scenery.
We ended the adventure with lunch on the deck of the Prospector Inn which is under new management. The food was fresh and well prepared.
Better than under the previous management, in my opinion. Of course, the deck has such a lovely view with all the birds, flowers and the river. Check it out. but go soon as the water levels will not be high enough for long.
