The Community BBQ is being held again this year at the Summit Centre on 18 July 2015.  As the Silent Auction was such a success last year the gates will open earlier – 3:30pm and close of bidding is planned for 7pm.  The auction team has been busy collecting copious amounts of merchandise and services so you will need the extra time for viewing!!!

Volunteers are being sought for the day of the auction:

• Team 1 for Auction set up commencing at 9am for a couple of hours.  Plus selling 50-50 tickets during the BBQ.

• Team 2 for distributing the items to the successful bidders once they are announced.

• Team 3 to assist AMCS treasurer, Teresa Marty at the cash table commencing at close of auction bidding approx. 7-7:45 pm.

Local resident wishing to donate items, please contact either Candy or Wendy at emails below before the end of June so pick up can be arranged.

The BBQ and Auction will be a BLAST and we look forward to seeing you on 18 July at the Summit Centre.
