Hello to everyone. We are considering organizing a Wine and Cheese pairing event with an experienced sommelier in March and would like to know if there is enough interest in the community to support an event such as this. From preliminary investigation, it would have to be a paid event where we would sell tickets in order to confirm sufficient participation to cover expenses. We are expecting the tickets to be around $40.00 for AMCS members and $50.00 for anyone else. There may also be an opportunity to purchase wine at a reduced cost.
