If you’re interested in trying Yoga, but you’re not sure what it’s like, or you have some injuries or pain, or you’re afraid it might be too challenging, this is the class for you. Using breath, gentle movement, chairs and props, we will explore the physical and mental benefits of Yoga. No experience necessary.
Please join me for a FREE class on Tuesday November 6, 10:50 am at the Summit Centre on Anarchist Mountain (Highway 3 and Peregrine). Bring a Yoga Mat if you have one, and wear comfortable clothing.
Please arrive between 10:35 and 10:45. We’ll be done by noon – allowing some time for questions and discussion. If there is enough interest in this class, it will normally run each Tuesday 10:50 to 11:50.
