Hello Anarchist and Sidley Mountain residents
Some of you may already be aware that I teach two classes per week at the Summit Centre on the mountain. Yoga happens Tuesday mornings at 9:30, and Pilates Thursday mornings at 9:30. These classes suit pretty much anyone who’s looking to improve their balance, strength, and flexibility. Options and modifications are provided for most exercises.
Over the past 3 years of teaching on the mountain, I’ve sometimes been asked about teaching an extra-gentle yoga class. This would suit people with injuries or chronic pain, or just people wishing to explore gentle beneficial exercise for mind and body. A gentle yoga class helps people breathe easier, relax, and slowly improve their balance, strength and flexibility.
As with my other classes, the drop-in would be $10 cash, and the length of the class would be one hour.
