Thank you to all who came out to support the Market on the Mountain/Garage Sale this past Sunday. It was a an enjoyable day and we were fortunate to have a beautiful weather. The Market raised $460 from space rentals and a further $100 will be donated by the concession owners.
I would like to extend a thank you to the following people for their efforts in making the Market a success: Faye Gerry – media; Elizabeth Dahabieh – photos; Mark McKenney – taking down tables; Summit Centre weed-eating crew. A special thank you to Don Hayward for setting up/taking down all the tables and for helping vendors with set up and take down. A very special thank you to Walter Zinowki for setting up and taking down the tables, helping vendors with set up and take down, putting up the highway signs and for cleaning the Centre. I couldn’t have done it without the help of all these wonderful people!
