Moonrise is about 5:30 and is totally full on Saturday.  It will still be easy to see even if cloudy as the moon will be almost full ad high in the sky.  Check http://weather.gc.ca/city/pages/bc-69_metric_e.html for weather conditions, but remember in the winter we are often well above the clouds and fog predicted in the valley.
