Hope to see you Thursday morning, 9:30 at the Summit Centre for the first Pilates Mat class on the mountain. All you need is a yoga mat (and I have a few extras if you don’t have one). The class will include a review of the fundamentals of Pilates, and we’ll build on those throughout the class, working on balance, posture, agility and core strength. We will also spend at least 5 minutes stretching and relaxing at the end of the class.
