Pilates on the Mountain

Happy New Year everyone.

Thanks to all who responded to the survey on the AMCS website regarding Pilates classes. The most popular choice was Thursday mornings, so beginning next week (Thursday January 14) I will teach a mat Pilates class from 9:30 to 10:30. No experience is necessary. All you need is a yoga mat. Exercises will be either standing or on the floor, and the class will included some yoga stretching at the end.

Please come by and try out the first class half-price – $5 drop-in.
