What?  Moonlight Snowshoe Party followed by Kitchen-Jam Sing-a-Long, goodies and social

When?  7:30-? Saturday, December 26.

Where?  Dean and Glenda Corbett’s, 1400 Kelly Road… Hwy 3 east to Sidley Mountain Road, Left (North) for 2km to Kelly Road, Right (East) follow along for 0.8 km to the driveway curving up through the trees to the right.  There is a big rock with -1 and 1400 on it.  Boot it if your tires are poor, 4WD or AWD recommended.

Who?  Anyone who likes to snowshoe through fields and forests, in the dark” with the moonlight filtering in and the snow sparkling….Magic!

Why?  Welllllll…why not?

Notes:  Outdoor dogs are okay as long as they are social and well behaved.  We’ll have two visiting family indoor dogs, so outdoor ones only please.  We have some extra snowshoes on a first reserved basis.  Keep flashlights off unless absolutely necessary for repairs etc.  Park backed in so you can easily drive out forwards.

Weather etc:  Forecast is sunny, cool with clouds, so we should be okay…it will be very bright regardless of cloud cover.  Moonrise up here should be 7:45 and it will be one day past full.

BYOB;  goodies are welcome.  We’ll have hot chocolate, mugs, glasses and ice etc.
