Mail Theft

A resident using the communal mail boxes at Bobcat Place report that they have had mail stolen, some of which compromised at least one of their credit cards. The thieves alerted the bank’s computer systems with suspicious activity with activity at an ATM 4am in Oliver yesterday.

These guys somehow got a hold of a credit card and later stole a letter from the bank containing the PIN number to that card. They must have raided the mailbox more than once to get that as these items are mailed separately.  They then tried to do numerous withdrawals.

A police report has been filed. Be aware of this and consider your strategies to keep your personal information as safe as possible.
