Here is a link to a NASA web site that predicts the space stations visibility in our general area for the next few weeks. But the times are for Penticton, so go out a few minutes early and find a spot with clear horizons.
At this time of the year, the station is almost always in sunlight so it is visible several times a night.
Tonight, at 10:27 pm and 12:04 am offers one of the best shows with the station so high overhead. You can’t mistake it, it’s close to the brightest objects in the sky and moving fast, circling the earth in 90 minutes!
If you see it, please post a comment!

We saw the space station travelling west to east over the lake. How cool. Annie and Susan Lissoway
Seen it! The 1st time we watched it go over was in 2012 (at that time we had a ‘guessing game’ of what it might be – 1 of our guests was the 1st to correctly figure it out). Still ‘cool’ to watch it, even if seen before!
Thanks for the heads up (pun intended). I was surprised how bright it looked.

Amazing to think there is a whole other world going on in there!
