A truck rolled over on Highway 3 by Cougar on Saturday, January 24 and lost its load of wood chips. Thanks to Margrit Johnson for the report and photos:
They closed the westbound lane so they could reload the chips into another truck. They dumped some of the chips at the end of Cougar Place. The truck is gone, but the b-train part is parked just above the mailboxes (right side) (empty). They must have hauled the engine part of the truck away.
