Do you know of anyone on the mountain who is in the business (or would like to be in the business) of property management? I know someone up here who would like to rent out their place periodically and would like someone on hand to be responsible for:
- Cleaning pre- and post-rental
- Opening the pool (pulling back the cover) and cleaning
- Opening and closing the gate pre- and post-rental
